The car was built as a production rally car. Although those rules have changed a little over the last few years, this is true to the goal of showroom stock. No engine modification was permitted. Much of the original interior remains, and the car is just your average Dodge Neon with dirt tires and skidplates. It’s what I can do with your average Neon that makes it special. 😉
